In 1983, childhood best friends from Cincinnati, Ohio, Chris Ries and Jim Bugess sought to combine their knowledge and expertise to build a specialized waterproofing and sealant solution in a quickly expanding Bay Area market.

Today, now known as PMR Pacific Sealants LLC, we stand proudly as an unseen staple in the California skylines.
